I've worked for the same employer for 2.5 years. He never took off deductions.Who is responsible for paying back taxes? I'm no longer in his employ and this is definitely an employer-employee relationship. He set the hours of work and wages when you can come and go. Also no vacation pay and no stat holidays were paid. Does he owe me that and others that work there?
