I have not filed taxes yet. I have barely been able to work this year due to an injury through W.C. and have been in severe pain. I did manage to work one temp job and made about 1150 with taxes taken out. I worked as an independent contractor for a co. in Denver and made a little over 5,000. I have not paid quarterly taxes yet because I have been so broke I could not afford it. am I still eligible for earned income tax credit...no kids to claim.If I am not eligible can I still file a forgiveness form?
