How can i get a copie of my w-2's from the Irs for the year 2004?

For the year 2004 I didn't recieve any of my w-2's. I even called and went into my job's and left my new address, many times. At one particullar job they said they mailed them twice, yet i never recieved them. I know that i cannot file now for the last year, but i can still file next year for both year's right? How can I get copies of my w-2's from the state for both state and federal? Thank you
