Replacement W-2's ??

I got a letter from the IRS yesterday. I did not file my 2003 taxes and have lost the W-2’s. How can I get replacement W-2’s? what do I do now? I am not even sure where I worked that year....I don't need any more legal problems, especially from the IRS.
