I have a small business(sole propietorship) I do on the side coaching young kids in basketball. I have a coach who comes in and helps out and I pay a monthly fee. He is not a employee, but he is getting ready to do his taxes and I need to give him some form stating how much money I have paid him, what form is that? I am in California.
